Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the AreoVeda website. Please note that refunds, cancellations, and replacements are not available for products purchased through unauthorized resellers, dealers, or distributors.

To qualify for a refund, cancellation, or replacement for purchases made on our website, kindly adhere to the following policy:

Returns and Replacements:
  • If you receive wrong or expired products, damaged/missing products, please raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Include images of the received products for reference.
  • You can raise a request by sending an email to with your order ID or registered phone number.
  • We will review and process your request within 2 business days.
  • Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the products from your location on the basis of product condition & concern raised.
  • A replacement product will be sent or a refund will be initiated after the returned product is received at our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. This entire process typically takes 7-9 business days after the return pick-up.
  • For free of cost (FOC) gifts, one-time replacement is available for damaged/missing/expired products, upon submission of proof/images.
  • For combo purchases and COD orders, a one-time replacement/refund is also applicable for damaged/missing/expired products, with proof/images required.
1.1 We Accept Returns, Replacements & Refunds For:
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Expired product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product, or packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing products).
  • Non delivery of product.
2.2 We Do Not Accept Returns, Replacements Or Refunds For:
  • Opened, used, or altered products.
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  • Requests generated after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Any damages that occur after delivery.

* The refunds issued as reward points in the AreoVeda wallet will remain valid for one year from the date of credit.

# Shipping charges are subject to change. AreoVeda holds the right to update the same as they deem fit.

  • Refunds are issued only for missing, incorrect, expired, or damaged products
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) cases, refunds will be credited to the bank account
  • For COD, an additional cost of ₹40/order is applicable.

  • The User can cancel an order prior to shipment of the product.

1.2 AreoVeda Cancellation

AreoVeda retains the right to cancel any orders under the following circumstances:

  • Products ordered by users for commercial resale, and not for personal use.
  • Multiple purchases using the same incorrect address.
  • Any unlawful or fraudulent activities by the user during order placement.

*No refunds will be applicable in these circumstances.

How To Raise A Cancellation/Refund Request

To request cancellation or refund, log into your account through AreoVeda Post login:

  • Go to ‘my orders’
  • Select the order you want to cancel/refund and click on the cancel/refund button
  • Select the reason and upload relevant documents
Time Period For A Refund

Refunds are normally processed within 4-7 working days based on the product status and payment process. The refund also depends on various banking and payment channels. Interest charged by the bank providing the EMI scheme till the time the request for return or cancellation is raised will not be refunded. AreoVeda is not responsible for any errors or delays in refunds due to banks or third-party service providers.
