Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from the AreoVeda website. Please note that we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or replacements for products bought from unauthorised resellers, dealers, or distributors.
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement, please follow the guidelines below.
Refund and Replacements
If you receive a wrong, expired, damaged, or missing product, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- It is mandatory to upload clear images or an unboxing video of the received products as proof.
- All requests will be reviewed within 2 business days.
- Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped, or a refund will be initiated. The complete process may take 7-9 business days.
Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
Note: Free products are not eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances.
We Provide Replacements & Refunds For
- Wrong product delivered.
- Expired product delivered.
- Incomplete order (missing items).
- Non-delivery of product.
- Damaged product.
We Do Not Provide Returns, Replacements Or Refunds For
- Opened, used, or altered products.
- Damaged mono cartons or labels.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damages occurring after delivery.
- Free products.
Important Notes
- You cannot cancel the order once it is ready to be shipped.
- Shipping charges are subject to change. AreoVeda holds the right to update the same as they deem fit.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
- An additional charge of ₹40 per order is applicable.
- Free shipping is available on all orders.
How To Raise A Cancellation/Refund Request?
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Log in to your account on the AreoVeda website.
- Go to 'My Orders'.
- Select the order you wish to cancel/refund.
- Click on the Cancel/Refund button.
- Choose the reason and upload the required documents.
Refund Processing Time
- Prepaid Orders: Usually processed within 5-7 working days, depending on product status and payment method.
- COD Orders: May take up to 2 weeks, depending on banking and payment channels.
Please Note
- Any interest charged by banks for EMI transactions until a cancellation/refund request is raised will not be refunded.
- AreoVeda is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to share their bank account details to process the refund.
- For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.
